The PerfectSil™ product line, manufactured by MZ-Analysentechnik GmbH, Germany, includes various high-quality HPLC columns for challenging analyses. The phases are based on ultra-pure, spherical silica gel and are available with many different modifications. The columns are also suitable for LC-MS applications, due to very low phase bleeding.
PerfectSil™ columns are available with different pore sizes. An average pore size of 100 Å and 120 Å for PerfectSil 100 and PerfectSil 120 is suitable for analytes ≤ 2 to 5 kDa.
PerfectSil™ 300 HPLC columns are 300 Å wide-pore phases, specifically designed for the analysis of larger biomolecules. PerfectSil™ 300 HPLC columns are used worldwide for the analysis of peptides, proteins or antibodies. PerfectSil ™ 300 HPLC columns are an excellent alternative for Grace Vydac TP columns. Whether 218TP C18, 208TP C8 or 214TP C4, ask for the correct alternative.
